Cash on delivery

Payment to the transport service driver upon delivery of the goods to your address or at the carrier's branch or depot.

By transfer to a bank account

Payment is made by bank transfer based on a payment request sent by email.

ONLINE payment (via the Comgate payment gateway)

Online payments are provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway.

The service provider, ComGate Payments, as, is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank.

You can make a card payment or an immediate bank transfer payment through the ComGate payment gateway.

Electronic sales records

Information obligation according to law

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.

In accordance with Act 112/2016 Coll., on electronic records of sales, the operator of RekupeX.cz - Vojtěch Špulák, has been recording received sales in the so-called regular mode since March 1, 2017. This means that we send information about the receipt of sales before we actually receive them.

Payment situations and their relationship to EET

Cash payment

If you selected personal collection and payment at the branch when placing your order, the EET receipt will be printed on the tax document that you receive with the goods.

Payment by cash on delivery

For this type of payment, sales are not recorded, so in these cases you will not find EET data on tax or other documents.
