How to claim

 

There are several ways to complain about goods, so it is advisable to first contact us by e-mail: info@rekupex.cz , where we will discuss with you the fastest possible way to resolve your complaint.

IN WHAT CONDITION OF THE GOODS TO ADVERTISE AND WHAT TO ATTACH TO THE GOODS:

If you decide to send the goods by shipping service or in another way, it is necessary to package the product in your own interest so that the goods cannot be damaged during transport.

In many cases, in order to successfully identify the defect and successfully resolve the complaint, it is necessary to claim the complete product, including accessories. If it is a problem to send the complete product or you think that it is not necessary, please contact us first by e-mail: info@rekupex.cz

Always enclose a copy of the tax document and a copy of the invoice or a completed warranty certificate, if one was included with the goods, with the claimed goods. It is also necessary to enclose a sheet with a description of the defect or our completed complaint form .

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT:

The shipment must be checked upon receipt and, if any damage is found, a damage report must be drawn up with the delivery service driver.

Please do not accept visibly damaged goods! Indicate not accepted - damaged on the shipping document.

All goods are inspected before shipment, so if you discover damage after unpacking, please contact the carrier and us at the same time. Please act immediately:

COMPLAINT PROCESSING DEADLINE:

We try to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible, always within thirty days.

WARRANTY AND WARRANTY PERIOD:

By law, a consumer is entitled to exercise the right to a defect that occurs in consumer goods within twenty-four months of receipt. If the defect becomes apparent within six months of receipt, it is considered that the item was defective upon receipt.

The consumer buyer is entitled to a two-year warranty period for all goods purchased from Vojtěch Špulák, ID: 04632052., pokud is not stated otherwise before the sale. The buyer, who, when concluding and fulfilling the contract, acts within the scope of his commercial or other business activity, is entitled to a one-year warranty period.

The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

NORMAL WEAR OF GOODS:

The warranty cannot be applied to normal wear and tear of the goods.

The warranty does not apply to, for example:
normal reduction in battery capacity resulting from the use of goods of which the battery is a part
blunting of saw blade teeth
carbon brushes for power tools
etc.

FREE GIFTS WITH GOODS:

The warranty cannot be applied to gifts that are included with the goods.

COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE COMPLAINTED GOODS:

If you decide to claim reimbursement of the necessary costs associated with the transport of the claimed goods, you must first contact us by e-mail at info@rekupex.cz so that we can inform you of the terms of reimbursement or offer you our own transport service, which is in most cases the most advantageous for both parties.
